Stop Chasing Documents. Approve Parts Faster.
FAST PPAP Software compiles all 18 PPAP elements, generates the Part Submission Warrant, and routes the complete package for approval — pulling live data from your FMEAs, control plans, MSA studies and inspection results instead of making you rebuild them in spreadsheets.

Everything You Need to Know Before Scrolling Further
The complete FAST PPAP offering — what it compiles, how it approves, and what it connects to.
Complete Element Coverage
Every PPAP element — design records, DFMEA, process flow, PFMEA, control plan, MSA, dimensional results, capability studies, lab documentation, appearance approval, master samples and the PSW — compiled in one controlled package.
Structured Approval Workflow
Auto-filled Part Submission Warrants, customer-specific review checklists, electronic sign-off, and approved / interim / rejected dispositions — with the full history retained for every revision of every part.
Zero Re-Entry Integration
FMEAs, control plans, MSA studies, inspection results and capability data flow into the PPAP package directly from their source modules — so the package always reflects current revisions, not stale copies.
Turn PPAP from a Documentation Scramble into a Controlled Process
The Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is the standardized method — defined by AIAG and required across the automotive supply chain — for proving that a production process can consistently produce parts that meet customer requirements at the quoted production rate. A complete PPAP package can span eighteen distinct evidence elements, each with its own owner, revision state and customer expectations.
Managed manually, PPAP becomes weeks of chasing documents across departments, reconciling revisions, and rebuilding data in submission templates. FAST PPAP Software replaces that scramble with a single controlled workspace: elements are compiled from live module data, gaps are visible on a dashboard, reviews follow customer-specific checklists, and the Part Submission Warrant is generated — not retyped.
18 Elements → One Package → PSW
Every Element. One Package. No Loose Ends.
FAST PPAP structures the full AIAG element set as trackable records with owners, status and revision control — so package completeness is a dashboard fact, not a last-minute discovery.
Design & Engineering Evidence
Design records, engineering change documents and customer engineering approval — held at the correct revision level and linked to the exact part and change they support, so submissions never go out against outdated drawings.
Risk & Process Documentation
Design FMEA, process flow diagram, Process FMEA and control plan — pulled live from the FAST FMEA and planning modules, keeping the risk chain from failure mode to control method consistent across the package.
Measurement & Test Results
MSA studies, dimensional results, material and performance test results, initial process capability studies and qualified laboratory documentation — captured from inspection and MSA modules with the statistics computed automatically.
Approval & Submission Records
Appearance approval report, sample parts, master sample, checking aids, customer-specific requirement records and the Part Submission Warrant — compiled, signed electronically and archived as the approved baseline.
The Complete PPAP Feature Set — Built for Automotive Suppliers
FAST PPAP Software provides every capability a supplier quality or new product team needs to prepare, submit and manage PPAP packages — and to review the PPAP evidence coming in from their own supply base.

The Right Evidence Set for Every Customer — Configured, Not Improvised
PPAP defines five submission levels, from a warrant-only Level 1 to a full on-site Level 5 review. The level dictates exactly which elements must be submitted, which must be retained, and which the customer will review at your site. Getting this wrong means rejected submissions and delayed launches.
In FAST PPAP, the submission level is set per customer and part. The system then marks each of the 18 elements as submit, retain or not applicable, tracks readiness accordingly, and prevents submission until required evidence is complete. Default element sets follow the AIAG manual and can be tailored to customer-specific requirements.

What Changes When PPAP Goes Digital
Faster Customer Approvals
Complete, correctly structured packages get approved on first submission. Auto-compiled evidence and customer-specific checklists eliminate the rework loops that stall launches for weeks.
Consistent, Current Evidence
Because elements link to live module data, the FMEA revision in the package always matches the FMEA revision on the shop floor — the inconsistency auditors most often find in manual PPAP files.
Launch Visibility for Managers
A live dashboard shows every open PPAP, its element completion, pending approvals and due dates — so programme managers see launch risk before the customer escalates it.
Control over Supplier PPAPs
Incoming supplier packages are tracked with the same rigour — required elements, review status, dispositions and expiry — closing the loop on your own supply chain's part approvals.
Built for the Teams That Own Part Approvals
New Product & APQP Teams
Prepare customer submissions as the natural output of the APQP project — with milestones, evidence and approvals tracked in the same platform that manages the launch.
Quality Assurance Engineers
Compile dimensional results, capability studies and MSA evidence directly from inspection records — with statistics calculated by the system, not rebuilt in spreadsheets.
Supplier Quality (SQA) Teams
Demand, receive, review and disposition PPAP packages from the supply base — with automatic reminders for incomplete or expiring submissions.
Programme & Plant Managers
Track launch readiness across every open part approval on one dashboard — element completion, pending sign-offs and customer dispositions at a glance.

Your Next PPAP Package Could Take Days — Not Weeks
Suppliers who compile PPAP evidence from a connected quality system submit faster, get approved on first pass more often, and walk into customer audits with a complete, current package for every part. FAST PPAP makes that the default way of working.
